blue gas meter seals is made by ABS plastic and pc material in out cover.

The material of twist tight steel wire is galvanized steel or cooper material steel, this tight steel wire seal with barcode can be mixed with kinds of material, or coated with different kind of wires, such as stainless steel material, coated wires and so on. The wire length normally is  7*0.68mm or it can be made by others as per request.     

The twist tight steel wire seal with barcode can be printed with laser marking . Printing with loco, name, number and bar are all available.

The strength of it is more than 40N.

This  gas meter seals is manufactured in a way that makes it highly tamper evident. If the seal is opened, it will break, and cannot be re-sealed.

The seal is also very useful where several openings next to each other must be sealed. The wire can be cut to any required length and can be run through a series of openings before sealing with a single Clip Seal.

To effectively secure the seal, ensure the wire is twisted at least twice or tied in a simple knot prior to locking the Clip Seal.

Typical applications of the  gas meter seals includes : coin boxes e.g. in the telecommunication industry, mail sacks, cement bags, drum closures, utility meters, small fastenings in general.
